- 300g cauliflower <\/li>\r\n
- 80g cucumber<\/li>\r\n
- 80g pickles<\/li>\r\n
- 50g celery<\/li>\r\n
- 150g (organic) mayo (i use 80% fat mayo) or Hellmanns Original e.g.<\/li>\r\n
- 5g strong mustard<\/li>\r\n
- 20g fresh herbs (parsley, spring onion, dill)<\/li>\r\n
- Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n
- <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div><\/div>\r\n

JUHISED<\/h5>\r\n \r\n - SAMM 1<\/span> Prepare the cauliflower by cutting into bite-sized pieces. Steam for 2-3 minutes (they have to stay half-crunchy). Drain and set aside to cool.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 2<\/span> Boil the eggs 10 min, cool and chop. Mix into the cauliflower chunks in a large bowl along with chopped cucumbers, pickles, celery and herbs.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 3<\/span> Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and herbs to the cauliflower mixture and stir to coat. Chill overnight and serve.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n
