- 100g Hemp Hearts<\/li>\r\n
- 70g sunflower seeds<\/li>\r\n
- 50g crushed flaxseeds<\/li>\r\n
- 30g psyllium powder (or psyllium husks)<\/li>\r\n
- 10g nutritional yeast<\/li>\r\n
- 3g baking powder<\/li>\r\n
- 4 eggs<\/li>\r\n
- 75g creamy coconut milk (i use Santa Maria Extra Creamy Coconut Milk)<\/li>\r\n
- 75g butter<\/li>\r\n
- Salt and herbs to taste<\/li>\r\n

Pizza topping<\/strong>:<\/li>\r\n - Tomato sauce<\/li>\r\n
- Sundried tomatoes, sliced<\/li>\r\n
- Chicken fillet or ham<\/li>\r\n
- Cheese- goat cheese, mozarella, feta etc whatever you have<\/li>\r\n
- Wild oregano and basil for garnish<\/li>\r\n

JUHISED<\/h5>\r\n \r\n - SAMM 1<\/span> Preheat the oven to 170C. Line large baking tray with parchment paper.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 2<\/span> Mix all dry ingredients together, add soft butter, whisk in the eggs. <\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 3<\/span> Spread the dough onto the lined baking pan to 1\/2 cm thickness, using your hands or a rolling pin over a piece of parchment (the rolling pin works better if you have one). Garnish with sesame seeds.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 4<\/span> Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust turns golden and bit crispy.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 5<\/span> Add toppings to the crust- some tomatoe puree, sliced chicken fillet or ham, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, cheese etc. Bake 175C for another 15-20 minutes.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n
