- 3g(1tsp) psyllium husks<\/li>\r\n
- 20g olive oil for frying<\/li>\r\n

\nFilling<\/strong> (for 2 pancakes):<\/li>\r\n - 40g zuccini, shredded <\/li>\r\n
- 50g (1\/2) avocado, cubed<\/li>\r\n
- 10g fresh herbs (dill, parsley)<\/li>\r\n
- 10g olive oil<\/li>\r\n
- 2 slices of cheese (30g)<\/li>\r\n
- Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div><\/div>\r\n

JUHISED<\/h5>\r\n \r\n - SAMM 1<\/span> Whisk all ingredients together and let it sit for a moment before frying, to let the bubbles settle. <\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 2<\/span> Pour half of the batter into a hot pan greased with 10g of olive oil (or butter\/ghee).<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 3<\/span> Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.<\/li>\r\n
- SAMM 4<\/span> For the filling, slightly fry zuccini in olive oil and season. Then add avocado and herbs. <\/li>\r\n
