- 40g nut butter (almond, mixed etc)
- 70g creamy coocnut milk (i use Santa Maria Extra Creamy Coconut Milk)
- 10g MCT or coconut oil
- 10g sweetener (i use eryhtritol)
- 25g fresh or frozen berries (blueberry, raspberry, or what you prefer)
- Vanilla or cinnamont to taste and a bit of salt
JUHISED
- SAMM 1 Blend all ingredients together until it becomes nice and creamy. This dessert can be bit different every time when using different nut creams, different berries, and different spices.
