- 2 eggs
- 20g olive oil
- 30g tomatoes, sliced

- SAMM 1 To get the heart-shaped egg, i cracked the eggs into heart shaped cookie form, then continued to fry it just until egg white is cooked, or sunny-side up, roughly 1 minute. If you want you can fry the eggs from both sides.
- SAMM 2 Serve with sliced tomatoes and garnish with sesame seeds.
