Cornflower white keto bread

- 4 eggs
 - 100g ghee (or butter or some oil)
 - 30g olive oil
 - 75g coconut (or regular) jogurt
 - 50g coconut flour
 - 30g FiberFin (resistant starch)
 - 10g Potex Pofiber (resistant potato fiber)
 - 10g psyllium flour
 - 7g baking soda
 - 50g pecan nuts
 - 50g Hemp Hearts
 - 40g sunflower seeds
 - 20g sesame seeds
 - 15g erythritol (or some other natural low carb sweetener)
 - 5g dried cornflower flowers
 - Pinch of salt and cardemon to taste
 
JUHISED
- SAMM 1 Whisk eggs together, add melted ghee, jogurt and olive oil
 - SAMM 2 Add all flours and mix it well. Finally toss in crushed nuts, seeds and flowers
 - SAMM 3 Bake at 160C 60-70 minutes, untill the crust is nice and golden.
 - SAMM 4 Enjoy a slice of freshly baked bread with cold butter and some salt flakes.
