Keto kelp noodle soup with shrimps
- 15g kelp noodles (i used Sea Tangle ones)
- 30g fennel, chopped
- 20g broccoli florets, chopped
- 30g olive oil for frying
- 100g broth
- 2-3 quil eggs, boiled
- SAMM 1 Boil the quil egss, set aside.
- SAMM 2 Slightly cook chopped fennel with half of the olive oil in a small pot. Then add broth, brokkoli and noodles.
- SAMM 3 Let the soup simmer for 2 minutes. The veggies have to stay somewhat crunchy and remain bright colour.
- SAMM 4 Garnish with fried shrimps and quail eggs.
