  • 60g (mahe) toortatart
  • 10g ekstra neitsioliiviõli
  • 20g viilutatud sibulat
  • 20g viilutatud seeni
  • 30g riivitud porgandit (valikuline)
  • maitse järgi soola ja musta pipart
  • 5g värskeid maitsetaimi (petersell, till vms)
JUHISED
  • SAMM 1 Rösti tatar potis koos vähese oliivõliga.
  • SAMM 2 Lisa vett (1 osa tatart ja 1 1/2 osa vett) ja aja keema.
  • SAMM 3 Vähenda soojust, kata kaanega ja jätka vaikselt kuumutamist kuni see on pehme, umbes 10 minutit. Jälgi, et kuumus oleks väike, muidu kõrbeb puder põhja.
  • SAMM 4 Tõsta puder jahtuma.
  • SAMM 5 Rösti oliivõliga seened ja sibul, kuni 2 minutit.
  • SAMM 6 Maitsesta soola ja pipraga.
  • SAMM 7 Serveeri tatar röstitud köögiviljade, ürtide ja kurgiga.
